Shave your head to honor and support kids with cancer; kids who don’t have a choice to lose their hair. Shave virtually at home or in a salon, wherever works best for you. Shave with others by starting a team. Invite friends, family and co-workers to join.  Dial up the fun by hosting your Buzz Off event at a restaurant, bar, workplace or school. As Team Captain, you’ll lead your team in raising money for kids’ cancer.

Cut or color your hair to raise money instead. Whichever style you choose the difference you’ll make in the lives of kids with cancer will be the same.

Children and families dealing with cancer experience anguish that is all-encompassing and essentially invisible to those outside the hospital corridors. Your participation in the Buzz Off will fund programs that make life brighter for patients and their families and provide emotional and financial support at a time when they need it the most.

Where Your Fundraising Goes

Thanks to the funds raised by participants like you last year, One Mission supported over 4,000 kids fighting cancer and their families by providing:

10,800 Parking Passes

easing the cost and worry of frequent and expensive hospital parking.

114 Special Occasion Parties

allowing children to celebrate and still be kids, even while living in the hospital.

500 Music Therapy Sessions

lifting spirits and supporting emotional healing and expression.

150 Family Catered Meals

like Taco Tuesday or Pizza Night, where families gather over a delicious meal.
